Setia Awan Group has appointed The Ascott Limited of Singapore to manage and operate Citadines Astrum Ampang Kuala Lumpur in the upcoming Astrum Ampang mixed development project, which is located near Jalan Jelatek and Jalan Ampang.

Apart from Brezza Hill, Setia Awan will also be launching its second project venture in the Klang Valley: a new 6.75-acre mixed development, Astrum Ampang. It will consist of mostly residential components and its suited within the vicinity of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Jelatek.

Setia Awan also has a 6.85-acre parcel next to Jelatek LRT station in Kuala Lumpur, according to Ng. The company is awaiting approval from the authorities for the mixed-use development, which will offer more than 5,000 serviced apartments in six blocks.
